As part of the Generosity Series, the New Life Community Health Center 5K Run/Walk will take place on November 10th, 2019 in Manhattan's Riverside Park. Why Participate?
New Life Community Health Center was founded in May 2000 and launched its first health fair in January 2001. For nearly 20 years, the health center has provided 100 FREE community health fairs to 5,000 individuals, served over 3,000 individuals through the FREE drop-in clinic and provide over 2,500 showers annually to 300 homeless men and women.
We are committed to providing compassionate and excellent health care. Our providers listen and take time to hear our clients stories. They first want to learn about our patients health history and life circumstances before prescribing treatments. And we believe faith and prayer are critical to people's health and healing.
Funds raised through the New Life Community Health Center 5K will help ensure that we continue to provide services and excellent health care to the 170,000 people from 130 different countries of origin that live in our target community.
